Dear BHSC Friends, Followers, Supporters, Volunteers and Staff:

This has been a busy couple of months celebrating our staff for the work they do. March saw us celebrating World Music Therapy Day as we acknowledged our fabulous and creative music therapy staff. March was also National Social Work Month where we thanked our social work team for all they do for our children, families, and staff so compassionately. We also celebrated World Hearing Day and the work of our super knowledgeable Audiology Team.

April ushered in National Occupational Therapy Month, and we said Thank You to our OT’s for the important work they do. April is designated as World Autism Month, and we celebrated the work of all our teachers and therapists for the incredible work they do with every one of our neuro-divergent children. Our classrooms were filled with fun learning activities during the Week of the Young Child in April.

Week of the Young Child

This week of the Young Child is our time to shine a big, bright spotlight on the importance of early children education for our BHSC students and for all children in our communities and homes.

April also brings us Administrative Professionals Day – and we get to recognize our fabulous administrative and support staff who keep our organization running effectively and efficiently to bring services to all those children, adults and families who come to our doors for assistance.

Now we get ready in May to celebrate Better Hearing and Speech Month along with National Teachers Appreciation Month…Let the celebrations continue!!

With our BHSC staff and the good work they do in such a compassionate and competent way- I celebrate them and thank them every single day for all they do to help so many people in the communities we serve. THANK YOU BHSC STAFF!!

Be Well,

Joe Cozzo President/CEO
